OUTSIDE PARTS & SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Due to growth, ALPA Equipment Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and driven individual to join our Sales team!

This posting is for an Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative at our Moncton, NB location.

THE OPPORTUNITTY
Under the supervision of the General Parts Manager and the Branch Manager, the Outside Parts
& Service Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales and service opportunities
for the company.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
• Advise Equipment Sales Team of potential leads
• Contact potential customers via telephone, email or in-person visits to build relationships, generate leads and make sales
• Visit customers at their worksites
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Shop Foreman to schedule equipment service or help in troubleshooting problems
• Identify problems or recommend service to be performed on equipment
• Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to sell
• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge of our products & services
• Attend all industry trade shows and events

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• High School Diploma with relevant experience or completion of Post-Secondary Education in office administration or related field
• Relevant industry experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving work environment and deal with changing priorities
• Ambitious and driven individual
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software
• Ability and willingness to work 40 + hours per week.
• Bilingual (English & French)
