Marketing Manager | Balmoral, NB
Due to growth, ALPA Equipment Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and driven individual to join our Marketing team!
This add is for a Marketing Manager position, Balmoral, NB location.
THE OPPORTUNITTY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing for all our branches including content creation, scheduling, posting and graphics.
Specific Responsibilities
- Create content including but not limited to flyers, videos, and static content.
- Oversee specific company-wide marketing campaigns, print, digital, analytical, and financial aspects of marketing projects.
- Apply knowledge of the products, services, and our brands to develop customized marketing & sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's strategic vision and brand while working collaboratively with Senior Leadership.
- Oversee the company’s website to ensure content remains current and engaging in positive public relations.
- Responsible for creating awareness and brand loyalty among our customers.
- Researching and monitoring trends for new marketing opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Responsible for creating and ordering promotional materials as requested.
- Responsible for promotional activities within the company & coordinate company events.
- Responsible of utilizing Co-op Program funds.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education, experience, and skills required
- Post Secondary Education - Bachelor’s degree Required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative suite and InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
- Very organized with strong project management skills.
- This role will require occasional travel to support company events.
- Ability to work 40 + hours per week.
- Bilingual (English & French).
